Thai Cement Industry Association
(TCMA)

Thai Cement Manufacturers Association or TCMA is the cooperation of the leading Thai cement producers who determine to develop cement industry to become the main force in developing the country's infrastructure, to have environmental friendly industry and to operate the industry with responsibility towards society which will eventually lead to sustainable development.

TCMA has coordinated with all the concerned agencies-government, profession, industry and academic in locally and internationally.

Currently, TCMA is an active member of Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA), ASEAN Federation of Cement Manufacturers (AFCM) and also cooperated closely with Asian Cement Producers Amity Club (ACPAC) as well as has supported the work of cement industry club, the Federation of Thai Industries.

With the determination to proceed with the environmental friendly industry, the cement industry has conducted research and development and introduced new technology "Hydraulic Cement"-low carbon cement to which help reduction greenhouse gas in production process.

Official Handing Over of Creep Testing Machines for Educational

On behalf of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), Khun Montri Nithikul, TCMA Vice Chairman made an official handling over of 2 creep testing machines for educational purpose to Dr. Kitti Wirotrattanapapisan, Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Tak Campus in the presence of senior representatives’ TCMA and RMUTL, Tak Campus.

TCMA Scholarship on Primary Industries and Mines

Dr. Chana Poomee, Chairman of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) and Khun Rapee Sukhyanga, TCMA Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General together with representative of Working Group TCMA on Green Mining and Stakeholder Engagement, congratulated and provided advice to Khun Dolnapha Phrairoj, Geologist of Department of Primary Industries and Mines (DPIM), Ministry of Industry, who received the third TCMA’s scholarship under 5 years memorandum of cooperation between TCMA and DPIM with aims to upskill DPIM’s potential officer and be part of building country competitiveness. Khun Dolnapha will take 2 years study in Master of Engineering Science at Akita University, Japan.
