“The measure for clinker substitution” has been defined as one of the main measures to reduce the emission of greenhouse gas  in the industrial processes and product use. It has been considered to be a  high potential implementaton measure to reduce the emission of greenhouse gas, with modern production technology and is environmental friendly.

parties concerned from government sector, professional sector, indutrial sector and educational sector with the support of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and Ministry of Commerce which continually join force to drive forward the measure for clinker substitution intensively to achieve the goal in reducing the emission of greenhouse gas at 1,000,000 tons of carbon-dioxide by using the construction materials, so-called ‘Hydraulic Cement’ which can reduce the emission of greenhouse gas and meet the industrial product standard to support Thailand achieving sustainable development and also the country’s policy in reducing the emission of greenhouse gas  and becoming carbon neutrality in the year 2050 and net zero emission in the year 2065.
