TCMA Advances Industry Perspectives on the Transition from NDC 2.0 to NDC 3.0

Khun Monwikan Kajohnboon, Chair of Working Committee TCMA on Carbon Policy and Net Zero Governance and Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, Executive Director of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), together with the team, shared the cement industry’s perspectives at the meeting “Transitioning Greenhouse Gas Reduction Measures from NDC 2.0 to NDC 3.0,” chaired by Dr.Phirun Saiyasitpanich, Director General of Department of Climate Change and Environment. The meeting provided an important platform to align understanding and strengthen coordinated action among all relevant stakeholders in advancing Thailand’s transition towards NDC 3.0. As one of the country’s key industrial sectors, the cement industry is committed to contributing to this national ambition through practical, industry-aligned pathways, with the Thailand 2050 Net Zero Cement and Concrete Roadmap serving as a clear framework to support the sector’s contribution to the achievement of Thailand’s NDC 3.0 and long-term Net Zero goal.
