09/09/2026
Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), led by Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, Executive Director, together with representatives from Working Committee TCMA on Green Mining and Stakeholder Engagement and Working Committee TCMA on Innovation and Technology, exchanged views with a delegation from the British Embassy, led by Ms. Anna Pearson, Economic and Sustainable Development Counsellor, to explore opportunities for future collaboration under the Clean Industrial Manufacturing for Promoting ASEAN Competitiveness and Transformation (C-IMPACT) programme, supported by ASEAN-UK Green Transition Fund (GTF), to accelerate implementation of the Thailand 2050 Net Zero Cement and Concrete Roadmap. The meeting also provided an opportunity for TCMA to share feedback on the study on the feasibility of establishing a CCS hub in Thailand, including its potential to support the cement industry’s decarbonization pathway and enable greater collaboration across industries and stakeholders. TCMA looks forward to further collaboration with the UK and ASEAN partners in advancing practical solutions, strengthening enabling conditions, and accelerating collective action toward Net Zero.
