Cement Industry and Sustainable Waste Management

Dr. Chana Poomee, Chairman of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) and also serve as Chairman of Thailand Fellowship of Cement Manufacturers, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) re-affirmed the collaboration of cement industry in supporting Eco Factory for Waste Processor and also raised ‘Co-Processing of Waste Materials in Cement Kiln’ be a model for sustainable waste management according to BCG approach, along with the greenhouse gas emission reduction during the Memorandum of Understanding signing among 11 industry clubs of FTI and Thai leading companies with support of Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and the FTI.
