New Year Season’s Greeting to Department of Local Administration
On behalf of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA), Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, TCMA Executive Director led the team took a New Year occasion in extending season’s greeting to Khun Theerayuth Samransup, Inspector, Department of Local Administration (DLA), Ministry of Interior and also thank you for the joint collaboration in driving hydraulic cement-a low carbon cement to local administrative organizations across the country in order to bring Thailand achieve targeting of greenhouse gas emission reduction-clinker substitution.
