Provincial Launching ‘PPP-Saraburi Sandbox: A Low Carbon City’

Dr. Chana Poomee, Chairman of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) led TCMA be part of collaborative effort for provincial launching ‘PPP-Saraburi Sandbox: A Low Carbon City’ chaired by Khun Phol Damtham, Saraburi Governor with aims to support the BCG approach and the net zero goal of Thailand.

‘PPP-Saraburi Sandbox: A Low Carbon City’: The collaborative effort in form of Private-Public Partnership (PPP) among 23 organizations from government, professional, industry, private, society and business groups in Saraburi Province with support of 7 ministries. To implement greenhouse gas emissions reduction in its respective sectors of pilot projects in accordance with Thailand’s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC). The successful implementation project will magnify the outcome to other provinces.
