  Khun Phattharawan Sukkantharak, Executive Director of Thai Cement Manufacturers Association (TCMA) led the team discussed with Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA)-led by Dr. Luong Duc Long, SC-TC Coordinator to prepare meeting of Standing Committee on Technical Cooperation (SC-TC) the best interests of all members in the coming AFCM 44th Council Meeting in Bangkok.
